Always Tango was created by Juan Carlos and Alicia Suarez to promote tango and tango history. Juan Carlos and Alicia were born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the birth place of Tango. They are life time dancers of the tango and enjoy teaching others the gift of dancing. Today, Juan Carlos and Alicia promote tango culture in Houston, Texas by teaching Argentine Tango, sponsoring tango exhibitions, lectures and plays. In 1999, they were awarded the title of "Academicos Corresponsales" (Corresponding Academicians) by the National Academy of Tango in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
